After the Tom Daniel topic I googled Red Baron rod and came across this site. Thought there was some interesting cars and maybe some future builds for y'all there.

I can't get to the site right now on my phone, but I remember seeing that guy on TV years ago, maybe 25 years or more, talking about a wild idea he had; a car that could take off vertically like a Harrier. He talked about it as a way to beat traffic. Hard to imagine a car that could carry an engine big enough to lift it vertically and still be useful as a car, but a cool idea to daydream about.

He seems to have been around forever. Tied in to a lot of famous cars. Credentials seem legit..

Designed Kitt (knight rider), those monsterous 100' limos, automotive hall of fame. Not sure if he's a photo hound or he is in possession of some showrods like bathtub buggy. Oh yea, he will gladly build you a Kitt replica for 75 grand. If anyone is interested I wil do it for 70,000.
