Sticker bomb decals?

Does anyone make a sheet of a sticker bomb pattern for 1/24th or 1/25th models? I'm ok with cut to fit I just need to know if one is made. Just in case you don't know here's what sticker bombing looks like.

Take that pic, scale it down, and print it out on decal paper.
