Built this kit pretty much out of the box. The only changes I made was to do some interior flocking and I swapped out the wheels and tires for a set from one of the Revell 32 kits. This was a pretty nice kit with few problems. The paint job is not one of my best as I had some problems. Not going to blame the temp or humidity or the paint. The problem was the guy laying down the paint...... me. I get in a hurry sometimes. Anyway, good or bad her she is. Comments as always are welcome both pro or con. Thanks for looking. On to the next one !!!

Great looking Falcon. How difficult is this kit?

Thanks guys. Greg, pretty much anyone who has built a few kits could handle this one without much trouble. I had problem fitting the sport cover that fits over the rear seat area. I had to trim some and still it is not perfect. Also the 2 piece bell housing did not fit together till I increased the size of the center hole. I wished I had lowered the front end. I used big and little tires and thought that would drop the front end more. I was wrong. That will teach me not to do a mock up. All in all I really liked this kit and may pick up the Ranchero version.

Nice job on this one. It is a fun kit to build and my stock version does sit high in the front, too.

Looks very nice......I did the coupe version a few months ago......not the best kit I have built, not the worst either.......my biggest issue with the kit is that the car looks a little too square to my eye......maybe it is me, but I think the "edges" need to have been softened a little..... when I put my Trumpeter Falcon next to my "Wild Child" Falcon, I can see where the Model King redo looks a bit softer.....but I could be wrong about that as I haven't seen a real Falcon, in the flesh, in some time. The full chrome area on yours looks pretty sharp....different......nice build, you did a wonderful job on it.
