Speedfreak Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 I'm doing the AMT '71 340 Duster and the instructions call for the drive shaft to be painted 'exterior' color. I'm having a hard time believing that would have been the case on a 'stock' 340 Duster, but, anything's possible. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks, Gene

Speedfreak Posted December 5, 2013 Author Posted December 5, 2013 (edited) John! You are the man! I mean that's close to what I was thinking too, but, you know for sure they were not 'exterior/body' color? That just seems silly. What was AMT thinking when they put 'exterior' color for the drive shaft in the instructions? Can you imagine a Moulin Rouge drive shaft? Yikes! LOLOLOLOLOLOL Edited December 5, 2013 by Speedfreak
Guest Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 Steel is correct. I know of NO factory stock vehicle with a body colored driveshaft.
