Casting Steelies for 1/18 projects

nothing looks as cool on a junker or nostalgia rod as a good set of stocker type steel wheels. I have had real good luck casting my own in resin and the details of the wheel are about perfect. I used AMTs 1/16 64.5 Mustang for an original wheel and Firestone tire. about the right size for a rod or 1/18 pickup.

Those look great Frank. I have that Mustang kit and never looked at the tires, 7:10-15?? What was AMT thinking?

The 1/25 scale semi tires look nice as well and will fit some of the 1/18 rims. I cast the steelies from the AG 55 Chevy.
