SVT Lightning

Starting this thread off with the wheel and tire combo of this truck. I am going for the correct visual for the appearance of this kit as it is just not correct from Revell. Below is the actual truck

The white wheels is the kit with the stock wheel/tire combo, the silver wheels pic is modified kit wheels with Pegasus 23" sleeves

IMO the kit wheels look a touch too small compared to the truck while the silver looks like it has a touch too much sidewall.

Please give your thoughts on both

I agree w/Steve..

Stock the truck came with 18's and depending on year,they do look small on the actual truck..the 99-00 are not the most popular wheels that came on them..the 03-04 wheels are the most popular ones...Wish they made the model of the 01-04 years than the 99-00

The 99-00 sat the lowest also...I would lower it a tad and the wheels wont look like they are to small also

I kinda like the other wheels and tires you have set up, there....I was never a fan of the kit wheels, either....

Got a little bit done today. The engine is partially assembled, chassis is almost done and ready for paint, as well as some other parts were painted
