FASTBACK340 Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 I ordered 2 sets of reproduction plates for my car and they arrived within a week. And they are beautiful and very reasonable. Bestmodelcarparts.com
Guest Posted December 31, 2013 Posted December 31, 2013 Thanx for that info John! I always struggle with trying to find a decent set of license plates for my builds. Seems like all we get anymore are those stupid vanity plates in kits.
Funkster Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 Theres a place on the web where you can go and make your own model car plates from any state
Custom Mike Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 (edited) I had a huge batch of custom made plates made up by him a while back, great prices and a great product! Edited January 3, 2014 by Custom Mike
FASTBACK340 Posted January 3, 2014 Author Posted January 3, 2014 Dude, that Matador is sick! Nice builds! Yeah, he does a good job and for the $2 it's well worth it. I'll use him again. Especially since my printer died a while ago.
Funkster Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 If you go to this site you can make your own model car license plates custom or standard plate fo any state. Check this site out as I use it for making licenses plates for my models Http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/ Great site for making license plates for model cars.
Custom Mike Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Thanks John, it was an E-Bay glue bomb that I just had some fun with. Complete curbside, lowered into the weeds, and a scratch-made body kit, I had a blast with that one! Terry, I used that site many times, but can't get the plates to print out as well as the ones I got from Best Model Car Parts. That, and his are printed on photo paper, making them look really good!
Funkster Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 That good, I print mine out on photo paper through my computer. turn out real good
knarf Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 I had a huge batch of custom made plates made up by him a while back, great prices and a great product! is that a matador??
