booboo60 Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 The Funny Thing about getting Older, Is my painting skill's seem to be going down hill, little by little, But my Sanding skill seems to be vastly Improving with each car..lol
DaveM Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 My first few paint jobs after I started wearing bifocals were abysmal. I finally set up brighter lights, and learned to deal with it. I am getting better at sanding too . I am also getting much pickier about my surface prep, and that is helping my paint jobs. It still comes down to "win some, lose some" The good thing is as I get older, I don't notice the flaws as much either. (Or care as much, I'm not sure which.)
booboo60 Posted January 7, 2014 Author Posted January 7, 2014 Lol, yup. That and patience! I will.somedays be working along and decide time for a cpl coats, and then it gets over cast, humidity shoots up and I'm rushing, ugh! Lol, I do need better lighting for sure, thanks
