tubbs Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 looking great Bob, nice job on the frame. if you can pull that frame off, you certainly can do the RG hemi. you don't need to go to the detail some of these guys are capable of, spark plug wires and some fuel lines will do the trick. you have to push yourself a little each time.
Ray_Ray Posted March 19, 2014 Posted March 19, 2014 Looks great, Bob! I think you nailed the look with the top! Good work, buddy!
1 bad55 stan Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Thats some fine work you doing Bob,Any progress,I really like following your builds your work is awesome..
Skypower Posted April 1, 2014 Author Posted April 1, 2014 (edited) Thanks Stan. This one has got me kinda stumped at the moment, all I have done is add a couple of bars to the chassis and I remade the pedals. I need to find some rear chassis brackets for the four link and a blower for the motor. I started a little bit on the body work. The main reason I think I'm stalled is I kinda lost my vision on this one while trying to figure out the front suspension, I keep sitting down at the bench and don't seem to get anything accomplished, I'm very frustrated at the moment, like I said when I started this build I may be in way over my head, I sure feel that way. om617 Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Nice work on this,i like the idea of the monster engine in this little car. I`m sure the vision will pop up,in my case it usually does when I`m least expecting it.
Skypower Posted October 5, 2015 Author Posted October 5, 2015 Well guys I have been away from the bench for quite a while now, life has just gotten in the way and I have a whole bunch going on now also but I am going to try and at least start back and work on my learning curve. We will see how things go. Just drug a few bits out to start working on a little at a time.
