Steve H. Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 Its been a record year for me! I've been building 4 per year for several years . This year I built a few quick projects (3 wks is quick for me), with the intention of having fun, not stress! I refused to strip paint this year, which helped in getting stuff done (ever notice the paint strip routine sidelines projects!) Yeah, a few aren't the best finishes I've produced, but I'm happy with each and every one of them! I'm all over the map this year... '55 Nomad Street Freak, Batman Forever, Caddilac STS-V, Vending Machine show rod, '49 Merc, '32 Sedan, '27 roadster and the Bat Kart. I've also made progress on these... Gilmore air racer (need to finish decals), '32 coupe (current obsession, hoped to finish this year...) Flintstone Merc (modified a 39 delivery interior) and (I believe) a Flintstone '40 custom pickup (modified a '59 Impala rear and adapting a Johan Mercedes 500K frame and engine.) My nice pics are at the link below... My Model Cars Hope ya like... Comments always welcome! Happy Holidays to everyone!

I can't wait to see tham at the NNL West!! John, I'm all over that "getting too old" thing!! I've gotten to the point where I can buy myself a model one week and be surprised to find it in the garage the next week!! You wouldn't believe how many Revell 41 Willys kits I've accumulated this year because it's such a great model and I can't ever remember how many I have of each type!!!
