I have seen some really good ones and would like to learn how they are posted ?

Are you talking about the little avatar's?

Just find a picture you'd like and reduce it down to the correct size(I can't remember it now, 150x150 pixels I think).

Save it to your hard drive, goto My controls and look for the section to upload an avatar. It'll pull the avatar from your hard drive. Just needs the file path name.

Don't forget to add your real name on the bottom as well. Per Model Cars Rules.
