When I over hear a boy (guessing he was 12-13 asks his dad "where is the country miapow at?" The father a little younger then me shrugged his shoulders and sad I don't know. I couldn't let that fly I then told them what MIA POW stands for. Sad very sad in my opinion
MsDano85gt Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 yeah society has become rather pathetic when it comes to patriotism! when A guy no arrows pointed ME <-------------------- does 5 honorable years in the service Gets sent to Iraq against my will ( I wish noone to get sent there) gets out of the service and tries to get a Job with Lowes and Home Depot and they choose some young girl outta high school that can flirt and bad her eyelashes real good over a Guy that spent 5 honorable years in the military Gets out And Noone seems to want to Hire.....Makes you wonder........ Seems like nowdays a military background dosn't mean Beans to most companys...... its as tho they veiwed one as "overqualified" or something to that matter?
