Testors Glosscote over Tamiya TS Lacquers

Man, do I have a lot of questions about clearing.

At first I stocked up on the Tamiya ts-13 thinking "great, stick to the same brand and you'll be fine" but little did I know about the fear of my clear eating my decals (and since I'm building race cars we don't want that do we).

So I got the tip of using Testors Wet look clear, problem is, I can't seem to get a hold of it in Sweden and I can't get aerosols shipped (thanks, European Union!).

Yesterday I found Testors glosscote spray at my favourite hobby shop (Yay!) and my question now is:

1. What's the difference between wet look and glosscote?

2. Can I use it over the Tamiya ts lacquer?

3. Will it harm my decals?

Or did I, as per protocol, get over excited once again.
