NitroMarty Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 I started this one on New Year's Eve as part of a club challenge to start something new for the new year..... Resin '60 F100 cab, that a friend of mine cast many years ago, combined with the chassis, box and rear fenders from AMT's '53 F100 and the straight axle from an "old tool" Revell '57 Chevy thrown in to get that "nose high" stance..... Engine will be a Revell Parts Pack based Ford 427 FE with injectors and headers from the parts box.
Raul_Perez Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 That'll sure look interesting when it's done!!! You would need a 427 to push that much steel down the track!!
JAFFA Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 allthough i dont like the "hmmm i wonder if its going to be rain?"-kinda looking up the sky-stance-style, i love gassers, and this looks like a nice project, pickups are my secondary favourite bodystyle... Keep up the good work, and feed us with lots of pics!! o.O
MikeBoyle Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 Sweet! If I had the money that's what I want to do to my 1:1 '59 F-100.
