Managed to finish the engine the other day. Looks pretty good I think. More detail will be added when I install it on the frame. I am also having trouble with the tires. Are they supposed to be glued together or do they do together on the hub?

Wayne that motor is looking good . The tyres dont get glued together .I think I know what you mean. On each wheel there is a chrome ring that glues on to the wheel this is what holds the tyre on the wheel . Then the rear wheels glue together at the center then the hub goes through both the wheels and is glued at the back of the inner wheel at the hub .Make sure that you get the chrome off where you need to glue or they wont stick. I hope this helps you a bit .

Just had another thought. When you come to put the metal axel rod through the axel you may find that its to long for a good fit I had to cut my rear axel rods down to fit the wheels in to the backing plates . Hope this also helps you .

Lookin good bud. A little suggestion, take red, blue, white or some color to contrast for the filters. Regular working trucks usually dont have custom paited to match oil and fuel filters. Its great, good progress
