PhotoBucket info on resizing...

ok, uploaded 6 photos to my PhotoBucket page. All 6 photos were taken with the same camera at the same time and all at the same settings. Resized all 6 photos to the same size (400x300) so they would not appear so large when added to my post. 1 of these photos absolutely would not change. Resized it the same way I did the others, after 13 tries, 4 deletes and 5 re-uploads still no change. This photo is also the same size as all the others in my pictures file on my computer. I would love to know what in the heck is going on!
