I'm going to try to build a 2003-4 cobra but i need an acurate supercharger does anyone make one that fits the 4.6 v8

Closest I've seen is in the revell 2007 gt500 kit. It looks very similar to the Eaton roots blower thats on the 03-04 cobra. You will have to change the throttle body elbow on the rear of the blower to point to the passenger side though.

The mustang mach III would also work as a donor. That's where the 03/4 cobra engine first appeared to public eyes

Could try one from the Lightning kit...Just have to modify it for the tbody

I'll have to get one to try it also looks like that kit has flowmaster mufflers I've tryed to scratch build them but they looked like BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH

Yup it has blow masters and the wheels work well on other projects. I have never built one but have cut several up.
