can dryed glue be removed ?

Hey guys I picked up a couple wreaks at a yard sale half built with big globbs of glue on them is there a way to remove it with out damage to the plastic ??

depends on what kind of glue. if it is styrene cement, it eats plastic to form its bond so you wont be able to remove it without repairing the plastic. if it is rubber cement or white glue then it should come off in water. try soaking the body in water for a day and see what happens. if not water then try Castrol super clean which may remove it. but the answer is probably no, not without some repair work.
