Engine Identification help

Got this engine in a recent junkyard, and I have no clue what it is, i'm guessing its European, but it may go up for trade here, idk.

Sam, 99% sure that is a Volvo engine from one of the italeri kits? someone may know more then a do about the specifics,but that is my best guess................................Mark
