Here is my first model in almost 10 years. Kitbashed a 378 with an Alaskan Hauler and streched the frame. That is a 200" ICT bunk on it and a yard stick behind. I am waiting on the hood from STS. After the truck is finished, I am planning at least 2 Revell transporters filled with Mustangs. Hopefully the pics come thru.

I will post more pics as I get more detail and sanding done. When the hood gets here, I can paint the whole shebang. Going with Testors Candy grape metal flake, unless there are any other recommendations.

I like what you doing.Paint it orange like RELIABLE CARRIERS,they have a whole fleet of these mansions.

insaine bro absolutly insaine

thats somethin i would have done but no i cant it wont be original any more

ICT still makes a 230" that is bigger than this. Haven't gotten ahold of Legacy yet to see what their biggest is, but from what I see, it looks like 160". Plus, you can build one of these sleepers any way you want to. So all you have to do is Git 'er Dun.

I have updated pics, as I have stripped the paint and it is a full rolling chassis. Am getting ready to prime it all, then I think I will go with a gloss black paint job with some home made decals, going with a POW theme. I put a modified Alaskan Hauler front bumper on it, with the 377 bumper pan to keep the wheel arch. I am laid off now, so I should be able to get the paint done in the next week or 2. The whole sleeper will be outlined in lightbars.

Hey hey just a minute!!!

That's why I love American trucks!!! huge sleepers, so many plated parts, long wheel base, so this so that, there are too many reasons. B)

Here in Europe this long wheel base could be used for a rigid truck with all that space behind the cab used for load B)

I like your version, who cares if this is out of law? I don't! :P

I want to see more!!!

Kostas.
