Thats pretty neat, did you only put one coat? And how did you get the shadows, i think they are, in the door jams?

Very nice work Stanleymsn, Iiiiii Like it! Keep the photos comming!

BTW, your avatar is making me tired. Besides you'll get all sweaty waking backwards all day and catch pneumonia.

Opps... too late :D

Hope your feeling better.

Outstanding job! really looking forward to seeing this one completed! ;) camaro's are my fav cars.

Same here!! The 69, (even though I had a '67), is my favorite body style of all the Camaros!!

I need some reference photo of the interior

Even though I owned a '69 Z/28 with white upholstery I can't seem to find any photos of it. I can tell you, however, that the seats and door/rear side panels were white and everything else was black... including the dash and console. Mine also had the woodgrain sport steering wheel.

Man, was that ever a sweet ride... and one of the tightest cars I've ever owned. The exterior color on mine was dark burgundy red with white stripes. It had a flat hood. No bubble. It was one of the first '69 z cars off the assembly line and, apparently, the cowl induction hood came a little later in the run. With the stock 3:73 gear ratio it ran 13.50's in the quarter mile at just over 100mph.

Your build is looking really nice. The stripes look great and the PE parts really add realism to the model. I can't wait to see it finished.

Outstanding paint and bodywork! Ever try VHT Chevy Engine Orange...? Works great. About the interior, why not a white/black Houndstooth pattern? Not sure, but I think it's avaliable as a decal....
