S10man Posted July 23, 2006 Posted July 23, 2006 This is a Testors/Italeri kit, which I found was quite a good, detailed, easy to build kit. Thanks for looking.
MonoPed Posted July 23, 2006 Posted July 23, 2006 Cool build - what's the measurements on that thing?
S10man Posted July 23, 2006 Author Posted July 23, 2006 Thanks Brian! Its a good size, almost 10" long!
crispy Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 One of my most favorite old school Bugatti's. Of course the Veyron is my favorite, if not looks at least the power. You did a great job on that. Just a beautiful car. Chris
gowjobs Posted July 24, 2006 Posted July 24, 2006 I receently picked up the Gunze version of the Royale, but with "Victoria" cabriolet coachwork. Is this the same tooling, or comepletely different? I figured that for $5, I could at least open the bags and use it for parts...

I can't say for sure Dave, but I suspect they are very similar, at least as far as the chassis/engine are concerned. The most significant changes on the Royale line were the body work but different coach-builders. My kit had a bunch of parts left over including a different grill etc so I suspect the tooling of a lot of the parts are for several different kits.
