  1. Great build, always a Seaton fan, seen this car at Detroit Dragway many times. You have captured this car 100%. Again a great build of a great car.
  2. Wow, looks great so far. I am really interested in seeing the finished product, your paint detailing is awesome looking. aafcfan

  4. Hi, great looking build of on of great vintage funny cars, i too am planning to build this car. I also have enough kits and decals to build Kenz and Leslie, Ed Shartman and Maynard Rupp STP Cougar. Again GREAT BUILD. aafcfan
  5. Hello everyone, I just wanted to take a minute and wish everyone, their families and friends a VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING. With all thats g oing on in the world, we still have a lot to be thankful for!!
  6. Hi all, I would rather see us do a group build rather than a contest due to the fact that everyones skills are at different levels and with a group build you could build at your own skill level without trying go beyond your skill level to compete. Just my opinion.
  7. Hi all, like many I build models for relaxation, therapy and most of all because I enjoy building. I have been an avid drag racing fan since 1964, before the days of funny cars and prostocks. When I saw my first fuel burning afx car, (I think it was the Ramchargers 65 Coronet) that was it. I have been fascinated by funny cars ever since and love to build the cars I have seen at the track. That is why I love model building.
  8. Hi all, I just got back from the Motor City NNL 4, sponsored by the Detroit Area Auto Modelers and picked up a few goodies. i got Chuck Etchells Kendall GT1 Avenger Funny car for $8 and five sets of Slixx decals. had a good time, talked to some fellow Drag modellers. Spent most of my time looking at all the great models entered in the model contest. Took a few pictures and really enjoyed myself.

  11. Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and I am happy to be here. I started building model cars when I was 13 years old and have been doing so off and on since. I am an avid drag racing fan (since 1964) and like to build models of the funny cars in the 60's,70's,80,s and even some of the90's that I have seen at the races. Once in a while I will even build a top fuel dragster. Like I said before it is a pleasure to be a member of this forum and I sure I will learn a lot. Thanks aafcfan
