Ace-Garageguy
There always seems to be a hunger for knowledge as to how things work in 1:1 cars, so that models don't get built that are goofy and totally impractical. Here's a pretty good introductory course on how vehicle suspension works. It's not all-inclusive, but it imparts the necessary concepts to help any model builder who wants to actually understand what he's (or she's...gotta be PC) building a model of. http://auto.howstuffworks.com/car-suspension.htm
cchapman195
Great post here Ace. I never thought knowing this would be necessary but I enjoyed learning very much. Videos were cool to watch as well.
91blaze
That's a good site, I use it whenever I need to figure something out, especially automotive related. Could you point out what type suspension problems you notice? I've seen models that seem too low, but I've seen that with real cars too, so it doesn't seem like a problem to me.
