Pullin Gears
Here is another S10 I built. It was lowered with some creative cutting of the rear leaf springs, and modified front a-arms. It has steel wheels stolen from the Revell Nova kit with spike dust covers made from scrap plastic. The door handles are shaved. The mud flaps and tonneau cover were cut from a black binder material. The interior was finished box stock in a flat copper color with grey flocking accents and a tach added to the dash. The 383 stroker was also taken from the Nova. I kit-bashed/scratchbuilt the headers and side exhaust to finish the small-block chevy engine swap. The air cleaner is a real penny. The license plate reads 10cents and pretty much sums up the theme of this build.( s10-10 cents-penny air cleaner......a dime was to small!) A shot with it's younger brother. The paint is Testor's copper followed by high gloss clear.

Shardik
Very nice. Theme builds are fun, aren't they? Nice use of alternate materials on the tonneau cover.
JasonFL
I have to say, I actually think i like this one more then your other one. I got a thang for the old s10s. Love the color and rims you put on, keep it up with the killer truck builds. can't wait to see what else you got
