philo426 Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 Next project;Revell Perter built 359.Wow!this one is a lot easier to build than the old AMT big rigs I built in the '70s.The frame and axle mounting points are all in one piece so building the chassis is a snap!No alignment problems!I plan to paint it like the old Kenworth from the TV Series Movin; On.Should be fun! philo426 Posted January 31, 2013 Author Share Posted January 31, 2013 I will paint the cab and hood white,mask off the stripes and arrows.then paint it dark green.I will remove the masks and use thinner strips of tape to deliniate the outlines then paint it lime green metallic but only in the designated areas .
