crispy
A good turnout as far as the automotive section is concerned and very weak in the armor division(pun intended). Little bit of everything there. Great stuff! The Minneapolis crew represented very well and I got to see the great builds they've been posting on the board. Great to see Bill, Bob, Kirby, and Dave. Same with all the other guys. Fun time. Look forward to the next show. Here are a few pics with the link at the bottom for the rest. Chris Best of show winner and well deserved. crispy
Nice turnout. Do they use modified judging there? Modified? Could you explain that to me. I wasn't around when they were judging. I was off to lunch. I can answer yor question better then maybe. Chris
Mike
Is this the show in Fairmont? The crew from Fargo was planning on going. I was going to go, but was unable. Thanks for posting the pics.

Each car in the class does not compete against the other builds.
crispy
From what I understand they judge each model on its own merits. At the end they tally up the scores and the model with the most points gets first and then the next highest gets second and so on til 3rd place. Then depending on how many entrants there are in the class a few more may get honorable mention. So from what you are saying it sounds somewhat like modified judging to me. I'll have to definitely get a little more involved with that next year. Hope that explains it. Thanks for asking too! MIKE- yes this is the show in Fairmont. Would have loved to have ha you down. With all the problems you guys are encountering I can certainly understand. There is always next year. I have the flier to scan in yet with the details. Maybe next year! Glad you enjoyed the pictures. I did get a shot of every model at the show. Chris
