  1. Im sure if you talked to one of the people with Goodguys especially the owner Gary Im sure they would put it in the monthly Goodguys magazine and possibly their website... They did for the Air Ride Camaro that got stolen out of one of the hotel parking lots
  2. When I heard on the announcements at the show that they were looking for a model I was shocked.
  3. I am just starting my new build, going to go a little simple after the craziness that was my tamiya bike kit. The paint is Model Master GM Nassau Blue Metallic which is one of my all time favorite colors, my 1:1 car is a very very similar color though a hint darker. The truck is going to get lowered of course and a plumbed V8 dropped in. Also probably a new rear end as well. The top will be white along with the interior. Painted steelies w/white walls will finish off the traditional style. Im also toying around with the idea of trying out fabbing up brake lines/fuel lines for the first time as well. So far I just got a couple dust coats on it...
  4. So I was at the LHS looking for my next build and noticed that there were no pre 50's Chevy street cars there. Of course there were the was the standard Willys coupe, 32 Ford, and Model A's but no Chevys! A nice 37/38 Chevy would be great, or even a nice 40 Sedan or 48 Convertible. Do you guys know of any kits of early Chevys that were released back in the hay day or and resin kits????
  5. Another update.... Getting close! Sorry for the bad photography
  6. Ok here's a little update, finished the swingarm, mounted the motor on the frame, and started the forks... Hope to have it done for a show the weekend of the 19th. These bikes are some of the most detailed out of the box models I've ever seen, quite enjoyable to build
  7. Great interior detailing man, looks good
  8. Very nice and quite unique. Goes along well with the current fad of wagon cruisers in the custom car culture
  9. Beautiful, just beautiful... Great job with the red stripe, was it masked off or did you use decals??
  10. its definatley the most complicated decal set I've ever done, all the graphics on the front except for the number and the orange directly above and below are separate pieces. The Repsol, Rossi Moto logos are also individual decals too. I bit off a little more than I could chew
  11. Here are some photo's of the bike I am currently working on....
