Local newspaper blurb about karting and R/C racing at the facility:

Phoenix Indoor Karting by HobbyTown

This indoor facility, which opened June 21, features a full hobby and toy store, go-kart racing on two winding quarter-mile tracks, plus 12,000 square feet of track for remote-control-car racing. Kids should be at least 5 years old to race RC cars and at least 10 and 48 inches tall to get behind the wheel of a go-kart, but management says "level of maturity and ability will dictate." Check the website and Facebook page for details and special founding-member packages.

Details: 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays; 11 a.m.-midnight Fridays and Saturdays; 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sundays; open later when busy. RC-car rental is $10, including a battery lasting 20-30 minutes; $12 to race your own for the day. Go-kart prices start at $15 for an 8-10 minute ride, $1.50 for weekly license; packages are available, including a $40 annual license, T-shirt and a free ride on your birthday. 3401 W. Greenway Road, Phoenix. 855-955-7223, phoenixindoorkarting.com and facebook.com/phoenixkartracing.

One of the many things I like about this show is first and foremost the people who put this show on! They have always made us feel welcome. They are always doing things to make an already great show even better.

We are already making plans for the trip from So. Cal.

Thank you! That's what we strive to do. Glad we're achieving the goal.

The DSC11 is going to be better than ever!! Looking forward to seeing you there. B)
