  1. Absolutely drop drop dead gorgeous, my favourite funny car depicted soooo well, the stance, the proportions, the details, one of the best funny car builds I've ever seen, simply because it's just so right, out of the box they're a mess of bad scale, this is just amazing, you nailed the graphics, the donovan engine. I'll end my rant here, but bravo !
  2. The speed you're doing this is insane... and very satisfying! Awesome detail work too, amazing photography as well by the way. I'm lovin' it, can't wait for the next installment !
  3. Id love to see you continue with this build, I hope you're feeling up to it again.
  4. great to see you back at it, I've been waiting and hoping you'd get back into it. Your scratch build skills are second to none.
  5. That last image, the one with the engine in full trim and the ARMY Vega shell in the background, made my eyes water, what a piece of art! I've quietly sat and watched this happen for years and years with you and everyone else here... bravo ! I'm an illustrator of anything automotive, and drag racing in particular, but I've never seen detail like that, and I do detail for a living.
  6. This is coming together beautifully, I can't think of a more interesting build apart from Clay Kemps stuff, that hemi is stunning.
  7. I'm here again, hoping you found your mojo, it's an elusive thing.
  8. I hope this kicks off again, it's one of the most impressive scratch builds I've ever seen.
  9. I'd love to have seen the finished car.
  10. You've got some catching up to do if the photo's I saw recently are of your finished car... PS it looks insane.
  11. I've been following this build forever and the attention to detail is insane (or on par with the cars I illustrate.... which is also insane) I have one question though considering how much time you spent on the blower. Didn't Prudhomme always run Pink/Black engines? as in Ed Pink Blowers and KB short engines? http://www.insidetopalcohol.com/showthread.php?24138-Ed-Pink-Magnesium-Blower-FOR-SALE!!!-Rare-Hard-to-Find!!!
