Hello,

Started working on the front splitter and rocker moldings  ground effects.  These are popular options on C7 Stingrays and something I'd definitely get if I had my own.
Just a minor tweak and a light sanding before final color coat and installation.

Thanks,

Hello,

The challenges of Factory Stock...

No more Mr. Nice guy.  This was supposed to be a quick snapper to get me out of the 9 year slump. But... I'm a sucker for brakes and calipers. Hey, I've never claimed to be normal! I could not find suitable brakes for this project.  So I machined my own rotors and slotted them.

But I searched high and low for calipers that would look at least close to the factory ones and decided I'd do my own.  So using pictures of the real thing,  I did them in layers. It is like manual 3D printing :)     So each caliper is made of 3 parts.

I  have to print my own decals for the logos. I'm working on that.

Thanks,

Hello again,

Printed my own decals including tiny little curved CORVETTE scripts for the calipers.

Brakes are done. Hard to see the script decals.
