chadrob30 Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Finally got this one finished...robbed the big block and some other parts from the Chevelle pro street kit and came up with this...my first time airbrushing. It's Creatix Plum Pearl acrylic.
slusher Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Very sharp build. Great color and real nice engine...

OldTimer50707 Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 That looks great. Did you use a clear over the Pearl? If so, what did you use?
am73grand Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Beautiful build!!! I love the color and the rubber in the rear quarters!
chadrob30 Posted January 9, 2014 Author Posted January 9, 2014 Thanks fellas. I would think that plum crazy purple would be very similar. I used Minwax polyurethane in a rattle can. 5 coats each, and a week to cure in a heated room.
rmvw guy Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Nice job, I too like the rubber on the rear quarters and the NHRA sticker on the windshield.
chadrob30 Posted January 9, 2014 Author Posted January 9, 2014 The entire car is built with kit included parts, including all decals. Some parts are from the Pro Street '67 Chevelle, such as the engine. 90% Nova though lol
