  1. I need one too!!!
  2. Awesom thread!!! I will post pics of mine as soon as I get good picks!!
  3. I am a 1968-1970 charger collector myself in the 1:25 scale. I wish I could find goodies like you! If you have ANY spare charger parts or kits you don't want, let me know!!!
  4. I have a small problem with keeping my finished models clean. I don't have a showcase YET and they're on a shelf in the open. My question is what is the best way to keep them dust free, besides dusting them with a duster, and that won't be harmfull to the paintjob?
  5. Nice build!!! I myself enjoy building the 69 chargers and daytonas too. I am more of a General Lee fan. As for how available the daytona is, I see this kit all the time at wallmart. It is usually the same price as any other kit. There was also an accual 1969 charger 500 kit released years ago but I haven't seen it in about 10 yrs in stores. The General Lee kit ATM released has a 500 rear window yes but has the regular 69 grill piece. I do believe the GL kit that came out with the new movie cast on the box is the same. The FNF charger kit has the body moulded as a 69 charger with sunk in rear window and has both 69 and 70 grill pieces in the kit. It also has vector rims and a pushbar for the front bumper and has the same rollcage as the GL kit. The hood comes solid and would have to cut the hole for the blower.
  6. I like your work too!!! Looks very realistic!!! I have been looking for a kit like that for years with still no luck. If anyone has one of these they would like to part with, Please, PM me!!!!!!
  7. If you can find this model, it has a v6 racing engine in it. I had another one but I can find the engine but the other model like this has been smashed years ago. the v6 engine.... I found this engine in my parts department. If you can use it, you can have it. It is a v6 and I think it came out of a pontiac fiero and the transmission is still on it too.
  8. here you go!! the side mirrors fell apart a bit. I used the old bigfoot suspension on the original frame of the truck. This truck was accualy the gone fishing kit. It cam with a trailor and a bass fishing boat. I'm thinking of cutting the wheelwells a bit wider.
  9. nice build!!! It reminds me of the movie Bulers day off!!!
  10. Great detail on that interior!!! Looking good!!!
  11. nice build!!! I made a monster truck with mine!!
  12. Would you consider doing this to the 1:24-1:25 1969 charger, or have you done one already?
  13. VERY nice build!!! I have the same one and kept it white with the blue decals. I painted the interior black. I plan to redo mine but I need a set of decals for it first. Your build is perfectly done and has the perfect stance.
  14. Right on!!! I would love to get a 1995-1999 2dr neon model.
  15. Sorry the pics are so blurry. Heres my camaros!!! This one is my first camaro I got. After a few years, it broke so I made it into a puller. Here is my camaro collection...
  16. I would love to get one of these model kits. Below is a pic of the truck I want to replicate.....It is a still shot from the Dukes of Hazzard
  17. An old friend of mine has a 1:16 80's something Trans am.
  18. COOL!!! Thanks guys! I had the swamp monster back when I was 10 yrs old. Sadly, it got broke and was trashed. The only thing I have left of that one is the hood. I hope to rebuild my yellow one someday.
  19. I've had this model for years. I'm not sure what scale it is as I bought it already assmembled. I was trying to tear it down to paint it but there was alot of glue used on it. I also put in 1:25 scale car in the pic to show the size. The last time I saw this kit available was over 10 yrs ago.
  20. I know where to get some. OR, you can buy the General Lee model for the rims. If anyone needs any of the rims, let me know, I think I know how to get a bunch.
  21. This is a 1:18 1969 charger I am building for a friend. I am trying to make it look like his real car as close as I can. The model... The real car...
  22. Would you be willing to trade something for this one? I have been looking for one of these for a while!! I have lots of bodies and parts!!
  23. That is awesome work!!! I wish I could find me a model of that too!!!
  24. Awesome work!!! I love that color too!!!
  25. I am building up a 1:18 diecast 1969 charger for a friend to make it look like his car. I just painted it yellow today, for like the 4th time, and I think the paint job is gonna work this time. Here are some pics of my progress....
