thank you guys for telling me to look closer on the internet. what i found is : 1.clean the model 2.wet sand the car 3.paint the primer on 4.paint a thick line of paint and let it dry 5.apply a thin coat of clear 6.mask of the stripes with Tamiya tape 7.paint the model to cover all of it and let it dry 8.strip away the tape 9.apply thin coats of clear
