  1. i have restored a couple of ebay 60s glue bombs but often struggle to separate parts that have been attached with "old school" type glue without causing more damage ....does anybody have any special techniques that can make this an easier process???? ~phil

  3. im building an old mpc cosmic charger dragster that didnt have the decals with it...i have checked the web but i cannot find anyone that makes them.....does anybody know of somebody that could supply these?
  4. pat ...thanks for your advice...i have had the fans running ..they seem to push alot of air ..however i dont know the cfm on these..i guess ill just need to try them out....ill check out the baffles....thanks phil
  5. hi guys..... im currently building a spray booth 15deep x 20 wide x 18 high... i picked up these german made fans that are used on fire boxes new for 10 bucks each...the intakes are 31/2.."..outlets are 2" they spin at 1800 rpm...im thinking about mounting 2 of these fans on the booth floor but im not sure if this set up would be the best way?? if i run 2 of these fans will this make enough air flow to remove the paint fumes???

  9. i have a missing windscreen on a kit that im building...is it possible to fabricate one from another kit ? can clear plastic be reshaped without causing damage too it? ~`phil

  14. i use spray can paints .. want to know how i can get that dull faded look you see on older cars i use testors dull coat on some of my parts which works ok ....any other suggestions??
  15. speed city resins have cheater slicks 9X 30" only... as with modelhaus.. im hoping to find 9 x 32 perfect for that rat rod/ vintage dragster look....thanks for your help bill !

  17. can anyone suggest a companie that supplys tall / narrow 1/25 pie crust slicks (1:1 approx 9 X 15 x32)
