Never did, officially comment on this thing... You are a glutton for punishment... Man... That's a lot of holes... Awesome work, though... Love the color, of course... Makes everything pop... Love it on trucks... Too cool...
-
Now, this is an excellent build... I love this truck... I've been trying to figure out a way to fab up one of these, myself.... I even thought about using wood, as well... I, also have another stalled project that I though about using wood for... I think I will, after seeing this one.... It doesn't seem as crazy an idea, now... Thanks, Man... VERY nice build... Too cool....

Man... This is a beautiful build... I love it... Excellent work on the steps... Man, that looks good... I like the windows in the back of the sleeper, too... That looks really cool... And it always helps to have antennas like those... A statement piece, for sure...

Beautiful truck, Bro... This baby looks real nice... I love these Freightliners... The paint scheme is beautiful... Too awesome, Man...
-
Man, it turned out good... The supports for the rear ramp look authentic... All the holes drilled give it that realism it needs, and the tandem axle just works for this trailer... Makes so much more sense, this way... Beautiful... Can't wait to see it in person... Awesome build...

Too cool... The weathering is outstanding... Excellent work, Man... Looks good behind that old Autocar, too... Also a fine build, in itself...

Now, that is about as wild as it gets... Awesome build... That is one amazing Lonestar.... One of a kind... Beautiful...

Now, that's nice... Great job on this one, Man... I love the fleet colors, for sure...

Now, that's what I'm talkin' about...

Oh, yeah... This thing came out GOOD!!!! This makes way more sense the way you have it set up... Excellent work... Absolutely LOVE the paint scheme!!!
Some of the simplest of mods makes this thing look just right...

Very nice work... I believe I've seen this one before, somewhere else you may have posted it, maybe... Beautiful work on the bathroom... I love it...

This baby looks good... The color choice is a good one for this rig...
-
Great job on this one.... I like the photos of it in the dirt... Makes a nice background....
I like these, myself... Very nice job....

Yeah!!!! There you go... That's what I'm talking about... I told you, you'd get it... It looks awesome, and you know, I like the color!!! It's BEAUTIFUL!!! It just makes so much more sense, this way... Just as we discussed... I've wanted to build it this way for a while, now... You beat me to it!!! 😆 But I am glad to see you're getting it done, and as well executed as this... Still a 5 car hauler, but way nicer looking...Then again, you just may be able to fit a Datsun on the back, LOL!!! Oh, and the International is a great choice with that long frame... Justifies the length....I'm very pleased to see this...Keep it up...

only the kits were 40% off; the Corvettes weren't on sale ($19.99 each), and I got the last 2
Maisto seems to have better quality than Motor Max, which also makes the diecast 2020 Corvette
Ok... At least I know they're consistent with the pricing....
I try to buy Maisto's stuff, mostly... Motormax and Jada with those dog leg doors really kill the overall presentation of their models... They look good, as long as you don't display them with the doors open...😁 Maisto is WAY better at the door thing, for sure.... That's why I bought them...

I think the intent of the closed hood and trunk are so another version can be made as a kit like some of the other Maisto cars and trucks. I just picked up both of these colors today at Hobby Lobby, in addition to the Atlantis B-24J Liberator, MPC Schwinn Continental and AMT '70 Impala.
I can only assume you went when they had a 40% off sale on models... I'm curious... Were you able to purchase the Vettes at 40% off, as well... They won't at my local HL... Waiting on Walgreens and CVS, I guess...

A lot of Jada's trucks are excellent, Rick, but I'm not sure about the scaling on this one... It seems a little big, to me... But, that's just nit picking... Overall, it's a pretty good likeness, though... I like the removable top, too... Should be just fine as a stand alone shelf model, for sure... Nice...

This baby looks great... I love what you did with the interior... Those little things look awesome... I love these things... The Maistos are the best, in my opinion.. This really is a good looking model...

Now, that is a great looking model... Excellent work...

Thank you for the kind words. The southwest-style blanket was done by stippling the pattern in with black and brown ultra fine point sharpies. Those markers sure come in handy.
I agree...Those markers are awesome... I use them for headlight surrounds and such... Never used them much for interior work, though... Like I said, great idea for the blankie...

That is is awesome... Very nice work... I JUST snagged one of those long reach cherry pickers, and a short reach off ebay a couple months ago... I just missed a listing with all 4 that were produced, but I couldn't get my money right.... I was just about to do a little research on them to see what I could do to them... Your pics will be a big help with that...
I've seen Dan's, and it's pretty nice... I've got my eye on a pole setter, too... Hoping to get a decent price, is all... We'll see, though...
Really nice work on that pole trailer... I laughed at one that was priced at, like $100... I'm thinking, I can totally scratch that up with not much effort... Yours is way more awesome than that one, by the way...
Awesome work, Man!!!

Yeah, you know I like this one... I can't wait to acquire one of these things... Just waiting on my "big score"...

Another beautiful rig for your fleet... Very nice work.. I love the shortened frame... Too cool...

This looks pretty good, overall... I REALLY like the blanket in the bunk... That is an excellent idea... Really adds some realism to it... I like the fifth wheel release, as well... And the striping job looks nice, and the interior is beautiful... Very nice work...
