  1. That looks great both ways. When I first met my wife I have now she had a cool Maverick with a 302 in it. Because they are basically the same car. Ford Maverick Mercury Comet. They had different grills and tail lights. From the side they look the same.

  9. Hey gasser the A=100 is a resin body I picked up at a show/swap that uses the "Little Red Wagon" as a donner. Thanks Dave, the wagon was my first real Lowrider with pumps and all. Mark [ Scale Master ] made me some decals for the batteries.

  11. I like cutting models up and making things that weren't. I've been painting for a long time. I started doing clear coated candys on bicycles in 6th grade hanging out at a custom paint shop and pin stripers shop, I'm 47 now. I'm thying to better on my detail work. ere's some of my latest builds. Thanks for looking
  12. I use automotiv paint and have NO yellowing. Mark
  13. I saw one on eBay the other day and thought it wouldn't be too hard to make one for my Manza. I found a sheet of .40 sheet styrene and cut a pair of sides and the top. I then filed a line on the underside where I wanted it to bend and glued the three parts together. Then do some shaping to fit the shape of the hood your using. I put some tape on the hood to help center the part. I held it in place with some close pins and glued it in place. After some more sanding I put a coat of primer to see how it looked. I still need to do some blending on the front but you get the picture. I know it's a easy one but this shows how easy it is to make little goodies. Made a couple more, one for my 78 Chevy P/U old fall guy and one for my 72 Chevy P/U Daully. On these I glued a thin strip down the middle for a body line. Mark

  17. Nise stuff Bill, thanks for showing us. Mark
  18. You can do it. Yes you can take it off if your not happy with it. You want to use NEW #11 blades for your cutting. I like to cut the strips nice and straight and put one edge right on the edge of the trim I'm foiling so I only have to trim one side. When you do the window frames start at the bottom so the seems will not show as much. You also want some Q-tips and some tooth picks with the picks sanded into chisels and other shapes like rounder off. You'll use the Q-tips and tooth picks to rub the foil down before you trim it. It's not as hard as it seems and the more you use it the easer it gets. Mark
