I just carefully hand paint the frame. Liquid mask works pretty well too.

Definitely a kit I want in my display case. I'm more than a little fond of Group 4 and Group 5 race cars. It would look good next to my Jaegermeister BMW 320i Group 5. To Terminator-Fox, you've done a nice clean build here. Any comments on the build other than that you're happy with it? Materials used, paint, etc.?

I'm getting close to finishing a 1982 Group 5 Nissan Skyline right now. Paint is all by Tamiya. All the trim on the body was hand painted which wasn't really fun lol. The styling of this car is just perfect. Oh and Jagermeister is disgusting but the livery makes a good looking race car.

There's hundreds of kits that are cool but I don't care to "collect" kits just to say I have them. I buy stuff to build but since getting in this hobby again I want to find this kit but I'm not gonna pay stupid money for one. If I find one for a fair price I'll buy it and build it.

Jesus calm down. You do know model kits target audience are/was kids right? I'm sure kids building model kits in the 70's would've thought this kit was goofy and fun to build.
