    Going to start a custom Revell Pete 359. Thinking of chroming the body and frame and either matte black or matte charcoal on most of the chrome. Stacks, tanks,air cleaners, parts of the grille and wheels, etc.

    This is where I am at now. A little stretch and a little lower. Body is also painted. A little light on some of the detailing. Just too hard to see some of the little things.

    Revell instructions are very easy to follow. Looking good suggy60. I am about 80% done with my Lonestar.

    Wow, I definately don't have the patience or eyesight, that I used to have, for painting the engine parts. Thanks for the Welcome and the tips.

    It has been over 35 years since I built my last model. Just bought a Moebius Lonestar to get back in the game. I "want" to stretch,lower,custom fenders,working doors,etc, but ,I will just build it stock so I wont get in over my head for now.
