Very nice. I have one that I am going to put an interior in.

Johan SC/Rambler. Testors red metallic then cleared with Testors clearcoat. After about a month I wet sanded with 1200 grit and cleared with automotive clearcoat.

Thanks for all of the positive feedback.

I built this Gasser in 1974 when I was 17. I chopped the roof and built a flatbead out of popsicle sticks. If my memory is correct the color is Ford Chrome Yellow Duplicolor aerosol lacquer. Built for fun not accuracy.

Yes, would have been a lot of work. If I was chasing a trophy I would have done a lot of details different. As it was this body was an old model that I had done back in the '70's. It became a parts car and I was going to do something different with the body and had sanded all of the raised moldings flat. When I got the idea to make a '29 A I made new moldings from evergreen stock and glued them on to replicate '29 A moldings.

Thanks for everybody's positive feedback. the wheels are from the '23 T kit and are also in some other AMT street rod kits from the '70's. I used automotive urethane clearcoat to finish the car.

This is the kit that I used. I opened the side windows and glued the rear door shut. I had a back seat from an original issue (1960's) from when I was 12 years old. There were no Tudor sedans available from Revell in the '70's up until the 2000's when they were reissued. The original kits in the '60's had the choice of making a woodie or a sedan.

Converted this to a phantom hardtop and used the 6 banger with dual carbs and Fenton split exhaust from the AMT '37 Chev coupe.

I used the flathead motor from the AMT '34 Ford pickup and put dual cars on it. I built this 30 years ago. Paint is Testors Candy Red.
