And since the knife was out on the bench i just couldn't help but to keep cutting up the car . If you guys couldn't see i trashed out the promo interior tub tring to un build this car so i took a 67 amt comet and started robbing the interior items out of it ! And i started a power plant ! The motor started off as the 05 revell mustang gt but i had to beef it up a bit ! LOL! The motor sticks up a tad to high instead of fixing a manifold i built a scoop ! LOL!

Ok here is project i want to try and finish up in the next 3 weeks ! I picked this up last year at the HEARTLAND CONTEST price really isn't important when your buying it to build but lets just say this ! The seller said make offer and another guy holding 2 other promo's said he needed to complete his 62 collection of promos and asked the seller to pitch an offer . When the seller said i dont know how about $35.00 ! Then the guy holding the other promo instintly started to pick the car apart saying THE HOOD IS GONE AND THE FENDERS ARE SCREWED UP, BAD CHROME, FOGGED WINDOWS , ETC. And asked the seller would he take $10.00 bucks and lookin over the shoulder of the guy i spoke up and said I'LL GIVE YOU $25.00 LOL LOOK WHO WON THAT 1 ! LOL ! Here is waht it looked like on the bench after the swap meet ! But me being a smart one and knowing that i wasn't buying it for a promo value i went right to work getting parts together to build this and here are some in progress shots ! Rough fender cuts and missing hood SOLVED ! Now to get my stance rogether ! And since the hood was already butchered i just thought i should keep cutting it up so out came the saw and took care of the molded in chassie ! And hinged the hood and built inner fenders , firewall and core support!

Man WOW ! great build !

Man the people at AMT should be smiling right about now ! Cause thats the best Avanti ever built ! From such an ugly car to a rough plastic kit all your work really turned this car into something ! Great skills, nice idea and 1 heck of a finish ! Mad props Raul !

Then just for laughs to all you collectors that dont get a chance to enjoy the kits in you hidden stashes !

OK here a project i wanted to share with you guys for a while now and i hope this time it works out ! What to do when you have a handful of revell caddy kits and a few johan Ambulance! Well if your a nut like i am you start cutting plastic ! Well thats just give you guys a little look at what went down in the start The car has been finished for a while and it will see its frist contest on June 21-22 here in Kansas @ the KC Slammer contest ! Here are the finished pics ! The interior And what would a hearse br good for with out a Casket ? This casket was 90% hand made ! The lid started off as a resin cap that i molded in foil then poured and the rest i hand made ! Here are some finished pics of the casket ! Are you guys ready to see the finished Window hearse ?

I think Uncle Bobby's help i might have this pic posting thing down ! It seems that when i type i hit the space bar to many times and thats will cause added in items to my links which makes it unreadable and there for the links wont work! but i went in changed 30 albums hopeing it fixes my problems !

That seemed to work! LOL! Lets see how long that holds up! I have a ton pics on Photobucket and most i dont have saved any where else ! So it would hard to change over to another site ! So i am going t o try and find a away to make what i got work and if al else fells i just have to stay a reader instead of sharing !

I swears it Uncle Bobby ! This is the only site i have a problem with ! I have been using photobucket for 4 years or better with no problems on any other site and i find it very easy to use and to upload on to ! I turly enjoy this site but dont post much cause i cant share my work over here ! I wish i could be part of this site and enjoy it as much as the magazine but i have yet again been black balled !

I just dont understand ! This is the only site i have trouble posting on ! I am a member on LayitLow.com, The Modelers Haven, Spotlight Hobbies ,Automotive Forum.com and a few sites that are for my 1:1 car's and i never have had to deal with anything like this problem before ! I use to be able to post up on here when the web site frist started without any problems but since the change i keep hitting road blocks ! It use to be so easy ! I would just click my photobucket link and paste and it would show right up just like on all my other groups with no headaches !

See why i am so upset with this site and dont post over here! I posted these pics the same way as in my 63 Impala Carryall topic ! Those pics showed up just fine but then these dont show up ! I went back and tried to edit this topic 4 time and each time it says the same thing ! I feel like i am not wanted on MCM !

LOL! Heres another project to dreamed up useing some more of them there $5 kits from BIG LOTS ! My frist attempt on this roof ! Then i went back and started to do some cuts and adding some plastic stock here and there ! Then i set it up in primer after i did some body work and didnt like the look of this ! So I went and took out the model knife and did some cutting and I think i got it to a factory lookin car ! Well again this is just 1 of many of my projects that i have going on but i'll keep you all posted on progress ! Thanks for letting me share ! And all help on posting pics !

So who on here went to big lots and snagged up a handfull of them there $5 kits ? Well i went and got 4 of each to have some fun with and this is what i dreamed up for 2 of the kits they had to offer ! Then i did some cutting ! Then i switch out the roofs ! And then did my frist stage of body work and added primer to see the areas that needs more work ! I will keep you guys posted up this project but it seems my bench is covered in projects ! LOL !

Thanks for all the help fellas ! Now i can enjoy this site as much as i do the Magazine ! If you guys have old MCM that cover the Heartland Nationals in Kansas then you'll be able to see more of my work and now that i know how to post pics here i can keep you guys updated on my projects and newest builds ! I build almost anything on 4 wheels and a few on 2 ! :LOL! Againg thanks eveyone for your help !
