  1. I use a drop of Elmers glue in the headlights and spread it with a straight pin until it's covered the way I want. You have to use very little glue to get the right look. The best part of this technique is if you don't like it, just wipe it off and do it again!
  2. That convertible is sweet!! I did sell that 74 a few weeks ago, I have so many 74's, and no room to display them. I have a 74 Convertible I've been working on every once in a while, and I have 2 other built ups. I actually owned a 1:1 74 Convertible, wish I still had that car!
  3. Looks sweet!! I never did build one of these, gotta get one!!
  4. Wow, nice! Just wanna hop in and take a ride!!
  5. This is an original MPC 1971 Chevell SS kit that I converted to a plain jane Malibu. This is a replica of the first new car my father ever bought. I got the straight 6 from the parts box, along with an automatic transmission, converted the grille to a non SS using the bowtie from the grille of an 90's AMT silverado kit, made a vinyl roof from blue painters tape painted black, used the bench seat from the Revell 69 Nova COPO kit, made a column shift from extra plastic I had, and made a single exhaust. The flat hood is a resin piece.
  6. Here is my MPC 1972 Chevrolet Impala. This car was built as a replica of my Grandmother's car she had bought brand new in 1972. It is painted in the factory color (the name escapes me right now) and a vinyl roof was added. The last few pictures are of how originally got this kit.
  7. Thanks for the kind words, everyone!! I have a lot more Pictures of my builds I would like to post, If I ever find the time!! lol
  8. Here is my latest project, all done. 1974 Chevrolet Caprice
