The fit of the parts is awesome and it is a straight forward build but has a llot of paint work. It was a fun build.

If they are wrong side out they are probably transfers. I've had several old kits with these and once they dry out they don't seem to want to stick anymore. I usually end up using regular decals from the stash.
That was likely the case but I found no instructions on using them. I have always used IndyCals but the Michelin is not available.
