It was listed as one of the most difficult kits in the forum and I must agree. It was frustrating, had very poor fit, most parts did not want to stay glued. I did an engine swap which made it more difficult. OOB mostly and I must say I will not do another. I don't remember my Orange Crate build as being this frustrating. I'm glad to be done with it.

    All that work sure paid off! It looks fast sitting still. Good colors. The chopped roof is cool. I don't understand how any manufacturer can't be considered about quality control. These older hot rod kits are a blast and I would try to build more if they weren't such a pain.

  2. Great build everywhere you look! I haven't started mine yet but will do silver color. With all of the new versions of the original kit out, I had hoped they would have the 421 fender emblems on the decal sheet but none so far.
