  1. Outstanding work on the Wasp. I enjoyed all the WIP post from start to the end. I think now it's time for me to get off my lazy butt and actually work on my Wasp kit, since I do have one of the first edition releases from Indycals. There are some subtle differences between the 3D printed later versions and the first run resin kits as you probably know. I personally prefer probably the one piece wheel over the 2 piece that I have. Also, mine did not come with the rear view mirror so I need the scratch build one. The resin casted body won't need as much cleanup as was required on yours though. I thoroughly enjoyed this build and I'm going to use the techniques that you utilize during the whole build, which will make my life a lot easier going forward.
  2. For your clear windscreen, use clear plastic packing for any items you have brought and cut it to the size of the pattern. Last tape the clear plastic to a small bottle that's similar in size to the kits frame for a week or so. This bends it to shape. I glued the windscreen with Evergreen clear canopy glue at the very end of the build. This was build with Indycals decals and resin wheels from a company (Etzel Speed Classics) that's long gone. I look forward to your build of this kit.
  3. Excellent work on this MFH kit, Chris
  4. FYI Indycals Decals has several different liveries for this kit if yours are done. Have fun building this. Here's the link: https://indycals.net/
  5. First off, congratulations on your son's wedding. I've been enjoying your WIP on the Wasp. You're doing a great job on this kit! Did the kit come with the rear view mirror or did you scratch build it?
  6. Great work Chris! Thank you for sharing this build.
  7. Tim Your C7-R is looking very good! What slot car wheels are you using to replace the kit wheels and where did you get them? Jim Boulukos
  8. Ismael Thank you for all the updates on this build. I've been watching since your 1st post. I'm also incorporating several of your mods with my build and doing a lot of dry fitting to ensure this kit goes to together. I'm planning on the decaling the whole body with SMS decals for the Pratt & Miller camouflage scheme, once I'm able to get them. The hope is to have it on the table at the NNL east in April. Okay, I didn't say for sure that's its the 2017 year show. I would recommend decaling the rear wing with the bottom decal first, then do the top SiriusXM radio decal second. I'm working on getting the front light glass to fit properly and may just cut the middle section out all together. Jim Boulukos
