  1. Thanks, the sharpie idea sounds like the winner and it looks great in the picture. If all else fails then I will certainly use the microscale decals.
  2. Jaime, that is an awesome job! Keep up the good work!
  3. Thanks wolfer maybe I will give that a try!
  4. I know there are many talented modelers here, so here is my problem! I am trying to use paint to replicate wood grain in a cars interior. I have tried testors wood with dry brushed rust paints, but I didn't like the way it turned out. I also tried mixing tamiya clear red, orange, and yellow hoping to make a clear "brown" to no avail. So I humble submit and ask the modeling gods "the secret" to creating wood grain. Thanks in advance for your help!
  5. Andy, that is an awesome build. I love the color and the wheels are incredible!
  6. Wow! Bob that really is a great tip to create a vertical slot to lower the ride height. I am racing to my workbench to drop a 37' ford in da weeds. The SVT is coming along quite nicely, keep up the good work. ________________________________________________________________________________ ______________________ Tony Crawley I am still suffering from modelers ADD
  7. Hey Kully, great work so far. I like #4 as the wheel option, but the offset is not wide enough. I think #1 will give you the correct aggresive look that you are looking for. Because you fender flares are so wide you need a wheel that has a fat outer lip to give the illusion of having really wide tires.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Tony Crawley, and I suffer from modeler's ADD
