  11. hey all. been reading about the uses for future whice i will be buying this weekand. but anyway i was wondering i use eurosoft evercoat as a putty for my models and it is a lite blue color. somtimes the primer will not entirely cover the blue do you think the future would act as a barrier first and then prime over the future?? might give better results?? just a thought also i have heard the tamiya compounds work well to polish the future just thought i would pass it along thanks

  14. body work brings up a few ??? from me. i agree about the 1 part products i have not had good luck from any of them. except for the tamiya basic thats worked the best for me just my opinion. NOW FOR THE ?? i have since been using the evercoat metal glaze .it reads premium finishing and glazeing putty but the way i use it is fill as much of the area i can with scrap plastic. use the evercoat to fill and blend the area let it dry or set up sand primer check the area. fix if need be then sand for my color coats. i do use the tamiya for pinhole size areas. should i be using a filler befor i do the above and does evercoat make a filler??? and last LOL has anyone heard of or used a product called icing ??? THANKS ALL rob
  15. HI if i follow you right you will need to add as much sheet plastic as you can. when i do this i use plastic weld and superglue. as far as a putty goes i cant say enough about a 1.1 putty called eurosoft evercoar its a 2 part and has never shrank on me. but as i am new to this kind of work also test all products on some scrap first. hope this helps rob
