The AMT 1/43 ‘69 Mustang is my oldest surviving model that I built in the mid to late 1970s, the Monogram Green Hornet is the only surviving model in my collection built by my dad in the 1960s.

I’ll enter with this ‘98 Z28.

Body is prepped for primer and paint, and I'm starting to mock up a roll cage using part bin roll bars. I've discovered while researching Chevy Citations that the kit is actually a 1980 Citation from the kit grill, and notch backs weren't available for the 1981 model year.

Thanks all for the comments. The last model I finished before this was 2014, and I have so many other unfinished models languishing on the shelves over the 45years that I've been building.

This is the first model that I actually have finished in years, and the first that I post on the forums. Yes it's the Lindberg " '71 Mustang" with its "Exquisite cabin detailing", "Authentic motor compartment", and "Accurate underbody". Yeah right... this thing is all kinds of wrong, closer to a '69/70 Sportsroof in profile with a '71 nose stuck on. I only built this to try out craft paints, and I say it turned out not too bad for cheap paints.
