I give up. One thing everyone I'm sure knows about me, I'm no rivet counter. Everyone ragged like crazy about a hard for me to see 1" problem with the revell jaguar roof. I didn't see it. Got labeled as accepting mediocrity. Now I see a legitimate questionable issue that clearly isn't right and I'm still wrong. Hopefully mobius gets the stock one done correctly. A friend of mine that knows the subject well thinks it's still off as well and he said as highly anticipating this kit. I'm damned if I do damned if I don't.

The roof height of the actual car and the model body shown aren't even remotely close. Very easy to see.

You are missing the point Kenneth.  It is not me not touching the "like" button -- it is about me seeing who tagged my posts.  Looks at all my posts - they have *LOTS* of tags. I want to know which members are doing it.

As for not being an "English expert" -- you are correct.  English is my second language, and I'm continuously trying to improve my English language skills. However I often  notice that I have a much better grasp of it than many native English speakers.

I also don't think Anglia105E doesn't need any help defending himself and his posts.

Lastly, you stated that "noone care".  How can you say that with 7 pages of responses in this thread?  You must be blind.  "Noone"?  What a nice example of a proper English language! ;)

Why are you so offended that you can't see who reacted in what way to your posts anyways ?

Unfortunately David, in our ever-changing English language the word "like" has been hijacked by Facebook (and now more and more other social platforms) to have a different meaning than what you described above.   Check out definition #4 in  https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/like.  I'm sure you are well aware of that fact, and you are just trolling here.

EDIT:  here we have a perfect example. Someone just tagged this post with a "confused" tag.  What is confusing about the statement I made?  If I knew the identity of the tagger, I could ask for the reason of his confusion, but as it is now, I'm confused too.  Crazy stuff!

I give you the confused face cause all these discussions are dumb. If you don't like the like button don't touch it. Lol you are no English expert and anyways guess what noone cares this is dumb! Hit the like button if you agree -->

I did just get some of the Duplicolor paints, I am looking forward to trying them!

    Thanks for the confidence.

From my experience I've had rustoleum and krylon spray cans come out completely horrible. Or even better they'll spray beautiful when full , when they start to get low they'll spray bad. Idk just saying been through the same BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH that's why I absolutely hate spraying the bodies. Can ruin a whole project. Keep it up though my boy !

Oh man if I had a dollar for everyone of these kits I’ve built over the years,I’d be a rich man.Plus the Rick Dobbertin car, which essentially had the same chassis/cage.Are you going to paint it?If not, maybe just clear it.That’s what was cool about these models back in the day, they molded them in the colors the cars were supposed to be,not just plain white,or dull gray, like today’s kits.Nice work…

I am looking to buy these LED lights to put on a model

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XPV4CSH/?coliid=IV5IMRBPCE99G&colid=Z5AFC41ZTR4O&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1

i want to use 4 of the orange ones and would like to light them with 1 switch.  According to the chart, on the page, the orange is 1.8v to 2.0v forward voltage.   I need to use really small batteries, so i was thinking of using the 3v disk battery.

     https://www.amazon.com/Duracell-Lithium-Battery-lasting-battery/dp/B0855FD9P2/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=15W7DWF18IETD&dchild=1&keywords=2032+battery+prime&qid=1629164122&rdc=1&sprefix=2032+batt%2Cautomotive%2C153&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExWUE1R09WSzM5Qk1FJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNTI1OTMxMjlVTzU4UUFJOFM1NCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMjk4MzI1M0MwM05QQTVZSlQzUCZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

here is where i get messed up. assuming that 4 oranges would need 8v total at the max range, would that mean i need to use 3 of the 3v battery and get a resistor to get rid of the extra 1 volt?  is this accurate? if yes, can anyone tell me which resistor to get?

i found this site, which looks like it is doing exactly what i am looking for (four LED in parallel. it looks like i need

    https://www.evilmadscientist.com/2012/resistors-for-leds/

or maybe i just have a 5th orange bulb and it would be exactly 9v if i assumed the 1.8v per bulb? i can run another bulb elsewhere and maybe i dont need a resistor

    is my logic right?

Run 1 3volt battery and wire all the led's in parallel so they'll all have 3 Volts. Even though they're rated 2 max I don't think 3 will blow em up. Go for it .

  8. My kid has started building models with me. On his third . And guess what we took his cellphone from him and his attitude is much better and he will sit with me and build. I let him go through my atash and pick out whatever he wanted ( as long as it wasn't the beretta) lol. It's tough but from experience I have to say it's more about the parenting than the children themselves
