Odd jobs or disgusting, I love animals...I worked at a freekin slaughter house for a few years before the R.R. job. It was in Ottumwa , Iowa. I absolutely hated that one!!!! I didn't eat pork for YEARS!!! I worked in the " kill " dept., and "cut " dept. Being someone that likes ALL animals, that job was the only thing that paid well. Did I say that I HATED that job?! That was the worst job ever for someone like me!!

Was a railroad "grunt" & truck driver for a commuter r.r. in Chicago. Jack of all trades...master of none! LOL!! Rebuilt bridges, tracks, crossings, platforms, buildings, etc...ran all sorts of on track equipment. Big rail gangs...tie gangs...about 2 miles of rail daily, 3000 ties daily...respectively .......the old name....gandy dancer...for the last 25 years

Man, let me know, I'll pm ya' my e-mail!! That does make it easier to change the tires!!!! I kind of miss driving that truck...it was FAST!!!! Hydraulics were quick, dumping went fast, I drove it like a bat outta hell!! It was only a six speed, but I used to jam that puppy!!! My load limit was 15 tons...any more and the front tires liked to "skip" around and bounce off the pavement!! LOL!!
